What happens if I'm not entirely satisfied with my canvas print?

I've brought a canvas print online from another company and it was not stretched, do yours come stretched?
Yes all our photos onto canvas prices include being hand stretched, varnished, finished off by being taped up on the back and a hanger fitted ready to hang. (no hidden extras)
What Credit/Debit Cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard which is verified by 3D secure. If you want to pay using other cards such as American Express, Switch/Solo & Maestro you can use the Paypal Express Checkout.
Is the web site completely safe?
We only accept payment through Sage Pay and Paypal, we take security of your payment and personal details for there extremly high security.
Do I need copyright permission for my image?
Yes it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the image(s) that are wanted for transformation onto canvas prints are copyright free or that you own the copyright.
What if I have a photo printed and do not have it as a digital file?
If you have a pre printed photo we would recommend scanning it at 300-400 dpi, always clean the glass on your scanner and photo first. If you have no access to a scanner you can post us your photo and we will scan for you, always include your name and phone number with the photograph.

Will the colours printed on my canvas be the same as on my monitor?
Different quality monitor settings and computer configurations don't allow us to ensure that what you see on your computer screen is going to match the colours printed onto your canvas. We always check images before printing.
I'm not sure my picture is very good quality or it's taken on a mobile phone or from Facebook?
Simply email us your photo and our team will check the quality and will let you know what sizes we recomend. It's always best to use the original image if possible and not pictures from sites like facebook as they shrink all images which lowers the quality.
How do I take care of my canvas prints?
Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your canvas or you may damage it. A soft dust brush can be used periodically to remove settled dust.
How do I hang my canvas prints?
We have attached a fitting that enables you to simply rest your canvas on a picture hook or a screw in your wall.
If your delivery location is outside of the UK Mainland zone 1, example as below.
North Or South Ireland , Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly.
(which are excluded from any free delivery offers due to the extra delivery charges).
If the wrong delivery is selected you will then be asked to pay the extra charge, or your canvas would be delayed and sent via Royal Mail.
